We've included training plans from renowned runner and writer, Hal Higdon, as well as tips and hints from personal experience to help you on your way. These 8 to 12 week plans are included for abilities and goals ranging from a complete beginner, to a 5 or 10K park runner through to racing 10K's, half and full marathons. All the training schedules are adaptable to your own routine so you can fit your running around your life rather than let running dictate yours.
